Hospitality & Catering
We are fortunate to operate in a beautiful area surrounded by glacial lakes, protected forests, and sustainable farmland and viticulture. We do our best to lower our environmental impact: we use high quality, durable recycled or compostable products, favor local products and businesses, and avoid waste whenever possible. We appreciate you considering our footprint in your hospitality requests.
BREAKFAST
We are happy to accommodate any/all requests for a continental spread for your crew. We always have hot, fresh local coffee and cold press coffee on hand, fresh juices, organic microwavable breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit, and bagels/cream cheese. We cannot accommodate hot breakfast requests due to our remote nature, but are happy to stock our fridge/pantry to accommodate your specific needs.
LUNCH
We are happy to provide an organic deli tray with full sandwich fixings, fresh organic salads, craft chips/snacks, beverages, and small batch cookies. If you prefer a catered sub/sandwich tray, please let us know. Local options are limited to subs/pizza, and while we love supporting our local establishments, we have had challenges and disappointments by relying on accurate timings and orders for crews and artists.
DINNER
We are fortunate to be able to provide artists teams with a true farm-to-table experience: our sister restaurant, The Park Inn, sources its produce from Glenn Scott Farm, our own organic farm housed right here down the hill from the pavilion.
Please choose two of the following mains:
Herb Roasted Chicken (GF, DF)
Oven Roasted Salmon (GF,PES)
Roasted Pork Tenderloin (GF, DF)
Marinated, Baked Tofu (GF, DF, V)
Our classically trained chefs will curate a preparation based on what is available from our own Glenn Scott Farm, catered to any dietary restrictions you may have.
All mains served with:
Farm Field Green Salad
Oven-Roasted Seasonal Farm Vegetables
Seasonal Pasta Salad
Small Batch Chocolate Chip Cookies
Specifics regarding dressings, sauces, and vegetable selections will be determined based on our farm and allergies.
AFTER-SHOW FOOD
We are happy to serve your artist meal during lunch or dinner hours. We cater generously and provide high quality clamshell to-go containers and utensils.
Due to our remote nature, it is challenging for us to provide something extra after the show: our options in the area are limited to pizzas/subs. That said, we will absolutely work with your team if there is a need: we pride ourselves on the high level of service we provide touring artists teams.
Please let us know if you have any additional dietary restrictions/needs: our kitchen is happy to accommodate with advanced notice. Full ingredient/allergy list available upon request.
