Yes. Paid parking will cost $10/car, cash only upon entrance to our property. If you are carpooling with four or more in your party, parking will remain free.

As part of our ongoing efforts, our parking fee policy aimed at encouraging carpooling to our venue, with the goal of reducing road traffic and minimizing our carbon footprint. We understand that carpooling may not always be feasible for everyone due to various circumstances. However, for those who are able to participate, we encourage you to embrace this opportunity to make a positive impact on the environment while enjoying the events and experiences at our venue.

No. Due to our NYS liquor license, no tailgating and no alcohol is allowed in our parking lot.

Yes. Handicap parking is available to patrons with valid permits. Please follow the signs and enter through the main entrance. There will be handicap parking available close to a designated accessible entrance. Simply follow signs or ask a parking attendant to direct you.

No. We currently can not accommodate any vehicles that take up a footprint larger than a standard-sized vehicle.

Ticketing

We do not sell lawn or ground tickets. All of our seated ticketing tiers are fully covered under our tent. When available for purchase, GA Standing Room tickets are covered under our pavilion on a first-come, first-serve basis only.

Some concerts are seated only events. If GA standing room tickets are available for purchase for a specific show, they will always be viewable/clickable via the website and on the mobile app. GA Standing Room tickets are covered under our pavilion on a first-come, first-serve basis only.

You are welcome to bring chairs and blankets on our grounds and set them up on our lawn. Chairs and blankets are not allowed inside our pavilion or tent. The lawn does not offer a clear view of the stage: it is simply a place to relax outside and hear the music.

Yes. Please visit the AXS ticketing page for the show you want to see and click the “Get Tickets” button under “Accessible Seating”. You can also fill out our contact form so we can let you know what arrangements we can make to accommodate you. We are here to help!

All seated ticketing tiers are covered. When available for purchase, GA Standing Room tickets are covered under our pavilion on a first-come, first-serve basis. All shows are rain or shine.

Most shows are all ages. Children 2 and under are free. Children 3 and up require a ticket.

Most weekend shows run from 2:00pm – 6:30pm and weeknight shows run from 5:00pm – 8:30pm. As this can indeed vary, please check the Lineup/Tickets page and your ticket link for final times.

Yes. You may call our box office partner, the Rams Head Group, at (410) 268-4545 to purchase tickets over the phone.

Yes. You are invited to purchase tickets in person at the Point of the Bluff Tasting Room during our normal business hours. There are no ticketing surcharges applied to in person purchases at our tasting room. For up-to-date hours, please click here.

AXS is our exclusive ticketing partner. All official tickets for all Concerts at Point of the Bluff shows are sold through this platform. You will receive a link to download your tickets in your email inbox shortly after purchasing them online. AXS Customer Support can answer all your ticketing questions. They are available seven days a week to answer any and all technical questions you have. All events take place rain or shine. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted.

After purchasing tickets through our website or over the phone, you will receive an email from our ticketing partner, AXS, confirming your purchase and instructing you to download the AXS Mobile app and access your tickets via a QR code in the app. Present this QR code at the gates to be scanned.

Rules and Regulations

You are welcome to bring chairs and blankets on our grounds and set them up on our lawn. Chairs and blankets are not allowed inside our pavilion or tent. The lawn does not offer a clear view of the stage: it is simply a place to relax outside and hear the music.
We respect and honor artists’ wishes: if the artist allows it then yes (and please tag us @concertsatpob)! Please disable your camera’s flash. Please be respectful of your fellow patrons: if you are blocking someone’s view, you will be asked to lower your phone.
No professional photography, video, or recording equipment is permitted without an approved press pass. Please respect the artists and our property with any media posted.
No re-entry is permitted.
We do provide designated areas for smoking. However, please note that smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited beneath the tent or within the pavilion.
14″x 13″ x 10″ is the maximum size bag allowed. All guests are subject to search prior to entering the venue. Bags do not need to be clear.

Yes, however, anyone under the age of 21 or unable to prove they are over the age of 21 with a valid government-issued ID will get an X placed on their hands. This is in place per New York State Liquor laws.

Food/Drink/Amenities

Yes! We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

Yes! Point of the Bluff wines, local craft beers, as well as various NA options will be available. We are excited to be offering patrons a curated farm-to-table menu from our sister restaurant, The Park Inn, which will be at “The Park Out” food truck onsite.

No outside food or beverages are allowed. We do allow empty reusable water bottles and have a hydration station available for patron use.

We have upscale air-conditioned bathroom trailers for customer use. There are also portable toilets, an outdoor hand-washing station, and a baby changing station available.

Early Access Wine Tasting and VIP added experiences

Early Access Wine Tastings begin 45 minutes prior to the gate time for the show.
